Nature Walk
Visitors to the farm are encouraged to follow the nature walk through the conservation margins and learn more about the Ancient Burial Mounds at Coney Hills. These memorial monuments, also known as barrows or tumuli, date from the Late Neolithic period to the Late Bronze Age (roughly the same age as Stonehenge). The Coney Hills round barrow, with its level top, is thought to be a very rare example of a site that has never been excavated, meaning its contents have been undisturbed for thousands of years.Start in our car park and head South West along the road to the Tumilu. After taking in the view, head North East across the field into the woods, where you can follow the trail back to the car park.
